General Practice Pharmacists

The HIP Network now has a team of Pharmacists working within our GP Practices. These qualified clinicians are supporting GPs and practice teams in providing high-quality clinical care for acute and chronic problems.

The Team also help to deliver effective medicine management including medication reviews. They also work with patients to help with minor ailments and preventative initiatives.

Referral to a General Practice Pharmacist is made through your GP practice.
