What is the Healthy Island Partnership?
Healthy Island Partnership is the primary care network on the Isle of Dogs, a group of GP practices working together with other health and social care staff and organisations, providing integrated services to our local population.
We are committed to the principle that all the residents of the Isle of Dogs should have access to a good quality of life, through improved health & well-being, equitable & coordinated access to local primary & community health services, social care & community support services.
